§ 70.20 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The city hereby adopts the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes which apply to the enforcement of parking citations within the city as set forth in KRS 82.600 through 82.640.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, “Hearing Board” means the City of Southgate Parking Citation Hearing Board.
