§ 35.20 TAX COLLECTION.
   (A)   As soon as practicable after the County Property Valuation Administrator has furnished the assessment lists and the City Council has levied the tax at the determined rate, the City Clerk shall, from the assessment lists, make out the tax bills for the ad valorem tax for the year. The City Clerk shall then mail the tax bills to the appropriate persons for payment.
   (B)   The City Clerk or the City Treasurer shall report in a timely fashion to the City Council the amount of the tax or any other money he or she has collected.
