§ 34.02 COLLECTION OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE TAXES.

(A) The executive authority of the city may, and is hereby authorized to, contract with the County Fiscal Court for the collection of the occupational license tax.

(B) This section shall become effective and be in force from and after its passage and publication according to law.
