§ 35.03 USAGE OF VILLAGE VEHICLES.
   (A)   Village-owned vehicles are generally available, subject to the needs of the village, for usage by village residents.
   (B)   Residents must reserve a vehicle by submitting a written request therefor to the Village Clerk not less then three days in advance of the date needed and pay a fee of $20 to the Village Clerk with the reservation request.
   (C)   If the vehicle reservation request is approved, the requested vehicle will be driven at the close of a business day by a village employee to an address within the village as directed by the resident who has reserved the vehicle, parked and driven from that site by a village employee at the start of the next business day.
   (D)   The village resident who has reserved the vehicle shall be responsible for all damage, whether caused by negligence or an intentional act, to the vehicle during the period the vehicle is at the site directed by the resident and shall reimburse the village for all costs incurred as a result of such damage.
   (E)   The village resident who has reserved the vehicle shall be responsible for all fees incurred relating to the use of the village vehicle, including, but not limited to, dump fees.
