§ 34.12 AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY FOR POLICE PROTECTION.
   The Village President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, may enter into an agreement with the county law enforcement officials and Board of Trustees to provide police protection when village police officers are not on duty.
