§ 34.03 APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   The Police Trustee shall be appointed from the Board of Trustees by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The Police Chief and officers of this municipality shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
