§ 153.160 RECORDING THE MINOR SUBDIVISION PLAT.
   (A)   When the minor subdivision plat has been approved by the Village Board and signed by the Village President and Village Board, the original tracing shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Deeds by the developer.
   (B)   If the minor subdivision plat is not recorded within two years after approval by the Village Board, the plat must be resubmitted to the Village Board to determine if any changes in the plat are needed to meet the requirements of this chapter. No title to any lots shall be conveyed until the original tracing is recorded.
