§ 33.16 CODE HEARING DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   The village hereby establishes a Code Hearing Department as a separate and independent agency in the municipal government. The function of the Hearing Department is to expedite the prosecution and correction of code violations in the manner set forth in this subchapter. The Code Hearing Department may adjudicate any violation of the code. The Code Hearing Department shall be supervised by the Village President, and staff assistance shall be given by the Office Manager.
