For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CODE. Any and all ordinances of the village except for:
(1) Building code violations that must be adjudicated, pursuant 65 ILCS 5/11-31.1 et seq., pertaining to demolition of unsafe buildings; and
(2) Any offense under the Illinois Vehicle Code or a similar offense that is a traffic regulation governing the movement of vehicles and except for any reportable offense under 625 ILCS 5/6-204.
