§ 153.110 RECORDING THE FINAL PLAT.
   (A)   When the final plat has been approved by the Village Board and signed by the Village President and the Village Clerk, the original tracing shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Deeds by the developer.
   (B)   If the final plat is not recorded within two years after approval by the Village Board, the plat must be resubmitted to the Village Board to determine if any changes in the final plat are needed to meet the requirements of this chapter.
   (C)   No title to any lots shall be conveyed until the original tracing is recorded.
   (D)   A permission to record certificate from the licensed land surveyor shall accompany the plat when being recorded.
