§ 33.02 DEPARTMENTS OF VILLAGE GOVERNMENT.

   (A)   The several departments of the village governmental shall be:

      (1)   Department of Accounts and Finance;

      (2)   Department of Health and Safety;

      (3)   Department of Streets and Alleys;

      (4)   Department of Public Property and Fire Prevention;

      (5)   Department of Public Recreation and Relations; and

      (6)   Department of Building and Building Inspection.

   (B)   (1)   A member of the Village Board of Trustees shall be responsible for each department.

      (2)   Superintendents shall be as assigned from time to time.

   (C)   (1)   Department heads shall be responsible for any and all business and activities which may come under their department jurisdiction.

      (2)   All department heads are directly responsible to the Village President.
