(A) The location and sketch maps shall be valid for a period of one year after Village Board approval.
(B) If a preliminary plan has not been submitted within the one-year period, approval of the location and sketch maps shall expire.
(C) If interest is renewed in subdividing the site at a later time, the entire location and sketch maps review process and submission requirements shall be repeated.
