§ 153.016 SUBDIVISION SUBMITTAL SCHEMATIC.

   The subdivision submittal schematic includes the following:

   (A)   Submit location and sketch maps for approval;

   (B)   Submit preliminary plan for approval;

   (C)   Submit construction plans for approval;

   (D)   Submit final plat for approval and recording; and

   (E)   Construct subdivision.
