§ 32.01 RECORDING OF ORDINANCES.
   All ordinances passed by the Village President and the Village Board of Trustees shall be deposited in the office of the Village Clerk and shall be duly recorded by the Village Clerk in the record book of ordinances and appropriately be indexed by their titles or subjects.
