§ 134.07 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to be cruel to any animal either by direct acts of cruelty or by failure to provide and care for any animal in his or her care or custody or permit any such acts of cruelty to any such animal in his or her charge, custody or control.
