§ 131.04 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any two or more persons within the village to assemble together for any unlawful purpose, or who, being assembled, to act in concert to do any unlawful act, with force and violence, against the property of the village, the person or property of another or against the peace or to the terror of citizens or other persons or to make any movement or preparation therefor.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly suffer or to permit any assembly for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace or any riotous, offensive or disorderly conduct in or upon premises owned or occupied by him or her or under his or her control within the village.
