Any mobile food vendor operating in the village shall be properly permitted by the County Health Department. All food trucks shall be subject to the State and the County Health Codes and all rules and regulations promulgated by the applicable Health Commissioner. No food, food products or beverages for public consumption shall be kept, offered for sale, transported or handled except in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State and the County Health Department.
