§ 112.10 LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER.
   (A)   In accordance with § 4-2 of the Illinois Liquor Control Act (235 ILCS 5/4-2), the Village President shall be the local Liquor Control Commissioner.
   (B)   The local Liquor Control Commissioner shall have the following powers, each of which may also be exercised by the Commissioner’s authorized agent:
      (1)   To grant, deny, suspend and revoke liquor licenses;
      (2)   To enter into and authorize any law enforcement officer to enter the premises of any licensee at any time; and
      (3)   To make or change reasonable rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
