§ 112.09 INSURANCE.
   Each applicant for a liquor license shall attach to an application or renewal application for a liquor license proof of dram shop insurance with liability limits in an amount equal to the maximum recovery for an action for damages brought pursuant to 235 ILCS 5/6-21 or as hereafter amended.
