Any person desiring a license shall make application to the village on forms provided by the village. Each application shall be signed by all applicants and verified by affidavit. Applications shall contain information sufficient to allow the village to determine that a license will not be issued to an applicant ineligible for a license under § 6-2 of the Illinois Liquor Control Act (235 ILCS 5/6-2). Failure to provide all required information or providing false information shall be grounds for denial of a license.
