§ 112.03 ISSUANCE; RENEWAL; CLASSIFICATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   All licenses shall be issued for one year, ending each December 31, and may be renewed annually, for an indeterminate number of years; provided the licensee fulfills all conditions of this chapter and other ordinances of the village and laws of the state and the United States.
      (2)   A hotel/motel license is issued for a three-month period, with a fee per calendar quarter of $250.
   (B)   (1)   The following classifications and numbers of liquor licenses are established for the village:

      (2)   Any Class 1BB license issued by the village shall hereafter be considered an outdoor tavern area permit issued pursuant to this chapter, as amended.
   (C)   Any licensee operating under this code, who also operates gaming machines under the purview of the Illinois Gaming Board, shall forward to the Village Liquor Commissioner any correspondence received from the Gaming Board relating to any allegations of violations of the Video Gaming Act, being 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq., or the rules and regulations promulgated by the Gaming Board. That correspondence must be forwarded to the Liquor Commissioner within five days of receipt of license.
