§ 31.05 BOND OF TREASURER.
   (A)   The Treasurer shall give bond in such amount as required by the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   The bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance by the Treasurer of his or her duties of office and to indemnify the village for any loss due to the neglect of duty or wrongful act on the part of the Treasurer.
