§ 94.001 SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   All public sidewalks constructed or remodeled in the village shall be located within the boundaries of the dedicated public streets and shall not extend closer than six inches to the lot lines of property adjoining and bordering such streets.
   (B)   All sidewalks shall not be less than four feet wide.
