(A) All outdoor private residential swimming pools and ornamental pools, except those pools having walls extending four feet high or higher above ground level, shall be completely enclosed by a fence and shall be secure from trespass.
(B) All fence openings or points of entry or exit to or from the pool area enclosure shall be equipped with a gate.
(C) The fence and gate shall be 36 inches or more in height above the ground grade level.
(D) All gates shall be equipped with a self-closing of self-latching device placed at the top of the gate.
