§ 92.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ORNAMENTAL POOL. Any receptacle or containment for water, or any artificial pool of water having a depth of more than 24 inches in any area of more than 12 square feet, or containing or being capable of containing more than 200 gallons of water intended for an ornamental purpose and including all appurtenant equipment constructed, installed and maintained in or above the ground outside of a building used for a dwelling unit.
   PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL. Any receptacle or containment for water, or any artificial pool of water having a depth of more than 24 inches in any area of more than 25 square feet, or containing or being capable of containing more than 200 gallons of water intended for the purpose of immersion of persons, and including all appurtenant equipment constructed, installed and maintained in or above the ground outside of a building used for a dwelling unit.
