§ 30.28 COMMITTEES, POWER TO APPOINT, MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The President shall appoint such committees as shall appear to him or her to be necessary to conduct the affairs of the village or as may be directed by a majority of the Trustees.
   (B)   All committees shall consist of three members, including the Chairperson, unless the Trustees shall provide otherwise.
