§ 90.06 DESTRUCTIVE DOGS.
   Any dog which may, in any manner, disturb the quiet of any person or neighbor or shall destroy or, in any manner, injure any animal, plant, shrub or other property not on the premises of its owner or keeper, is declared to be a nuisance, and such dog shall be taken up and impounded and may be redeemed or destroyed in the manner provided by this chapter.
