§ 90.03 VACCINATIONS.
   (A)   Required, who may vaccinate. Vaccination of dogs, as required by this chapter, shall be performed by a veterinarian duly licensed to practice his or her profession in this state. Upon performing such vaccination, such veterinarian shall issue to the owner or keeper a metallic or other suitable tag to be attached to the collar of such dog.
   (B)   Duration of vaccination. The vaccination performed under the provisions of this chapter shall be effective until the expiration of the calendar year in which the vaccination was performed.
   (C)   Exhibition of certificate. At a reasonable time, upon request of the village officials or any person designated by them, the owner or keeper of any dog shall exhibit his or her certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter showing the vaccination of any dog owned or controlled by him or her.
