§ 90.02 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No dog shall be permitted by the owner or keeper thereof to run at large in the village.
   (B)   Any dog kept in the village shall have received rabies vaccination during the current calendar year and shall have about its neck a collar with a tag attached evidencing such vaccination.
