For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AT LARGE. As applied to dogs, shall be held to mean such as are not confined or restrained by means of a secure enclosure or leash.
DOG. A female as well as a male dog.
