§ 30.26 POWER TO APPOINT.
   The President shall appoint, by and with the consent of the Trustees, all officers of the village, whose election or appointment is not otherwise provided in this code. Any vacancies occurring in an appointive office shall be filled in the same manner. The President shall be responsible for any dispute as to the duties of the respective appointed officers.
