(A) The presence of motorized vehicles, whether gasoline or electrical, and including snowmobiles, is prohibited, subject to division (B) below on the village property legally described in Exhibit A of the ordinance herein codified, attached thereto and fully incorporated by this reference and which is otherwise known as the Southern View Community Park.
(B) The prohibition described in division (A) above does not apply to vehicles which are required to be on the described premises for purposes of construction or maintenance.
(C) Any violation of this schedule shall be punishable by a fine pursuant to § 10.99.
