§ 30.04 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called, from time to time, by the President or any three Trustees, but written notice of such special meeting must be served upon the President, Village Clerk and each member of the Board of Trustees by posting a notice at the village office at least 48 hours in advance of the special meeting. The notice must state the purpose for which the special meeting is called. No business, except that for which it is called, may be transacted at the special meeting.
