§ 11.01 VILLAGE SEAL DESCRIBED.
   The corporate seal of the village shall be a circular disc, two inches in diameter, with the words, “Corporate Seal” surrounded by a scroll inscribed with the words “The Village of Southern View, Sangamon Co., Ill.” in Sans Serif, Gothic capitals.
