§ 51.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ASHES. The residue from the combustion of fuel used for heating.
   GARBAGE. All organic household or kitchen wastes, such as rejected or unused food and food residue and paper necessarily used for wrapping.
   RUBBISH. Inorganic, incombustible household waste, such as tin cans, metalware, bottles, broken glass, crockery, stoneware and similar refuse, resulting from the regular operation of a household, and also includes combustible material, such as papers, boxes, brush and leaves and any other rubbish or waste resulting from the operation of a domestic or business establishment, such as grass cuttings, tree trimmings, debris from building construction, repair or remodeling, discarded equipment and similar waste.
