§ 37.06 FEE FOR FURNISHING COPIES OF POLICE REPORTS.
   (A)   Copies of accident or incident reports prepared by the Police Department may be furnished to any person requesting such reports.
   (B)   A fee of $5 shall be charged for furnishing any person with a copy of an accident or incident report prepared by the Police Department. This fee shall not be charged to any law enforcement agency requesting such report.
