(A) The fee for hearing appeals from decisions of the Building Inspector or for variations of the terms of Ord. 95-11-01 by the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be $350.
(B) The fee of $350 shall be paid to the Village Clerk simultaneously with an application for an appeal from a decision of the Building Inspector or filing of a petition describing the variation sought to be made from the terms of Ord. 95-11-01.
