The Town Council will approve or disapprove all the extensions and may require that other Town standards be complied with as a condition of service. The Town Subdivision Ordinance and § 50.035 will apply in all such cases. The Town Council will decide, on a case-by-case basis, if a master meter or individual meters are required and if the Town will assume maintenance.
