The Moore County Sewer Use Ordinance adopted October 27, 1977, along with Addenda I and II, are hereby adopted as a part of this chapter in their entirety. All sewage discharges will comply with all future modifications of the Moore County Sewer Use Ordinance, to the extent that the Town is required to comply.
