(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the requirements of the regulatory codes adopted herein shall, on conviction, be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A). Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to all the applicable punishment, penalties, and equitable relief provided for by G.S. §§ 160A-175 and 143-151.36.
