(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, on conviction, be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A). Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the above penalties, the Town may apply to the General Court of Justice for a mandatory or prohibitory injunction and order to abatement directing the person, firm, or corporation to correct the violation in accordance with G.S. § 160A-175(e).
