Appearance Commission members shall be appointed for 3-year staggered terms, but members may continue to serve until their successors have been appointed. Vacancies may be filled for the unexpired term only. Membership of the Commission is declared to be an office that may be held concurrently with any other elective or appointive office pursuant to Article VI, § 9, of the State Constitution.
