Unless the weapon is a lawfully possessed concealed weapon or a weapon carried by an on- duty law enforcement officer, it shall be unlawful to possess any firearm or other weapon refereed to in § 99.04 while upon property owned or leased by the town. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
