(A) All recreation ordinances, rules, and regulations pertaining to citizens and participants will be available at the Parks and Recreation Department.
(B) The Parks and Recreation Department staff, Fire Department and Town administrators shall have the authority to aid the Police Department and Town administrators shall have the authority to aid the Police Department in informing citizens and supervising facilities in accordance with all ordinances pertaining to parks and recreation.
