The Public Works Department of the Town is hereby established, under the general supervision of the Director of Public Services. The Department shall include the Water and Sewer, the Streets, and the Buildings and Grounds Divisions, as well as Fleet Maintenance, Sanitation, Engineering and Construction Inspections.
