§ 114.01 ENTERING PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT INVITATION.
   Except for charitable or religious purposes, no person may go in or on residential premises in the town, not having been requested or invited to do so by a resident or owner of the premises, for the purpose of soliciting the purchase of goods, services, or other things of value. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
