§ 100.25 OPTION OF TOWN TO REJECT PETITIONS.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to require that the Town accept any street or share in the cost of any street except on the finding of the Town Council that it is in the public interest to do so and that the necessary funds are available. The Town retains the right to reject all petitions and to schedule all street work in accordance with the availability of funds.
