It shall be unlawful for any person to trap, catch, wound, kill, treat cruelly, tease, attempt to trap, catch, wound, kill, tease, or cause to be injured any bird, squirrel, or other animal in or on any park or recreation area owned or maintained by the Town and administered by the Parks and Recreation Department. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
