It shall be unlawful for an animal's owner to allow or permit a dog or other animal to run at large in any park or recreation facility except at a designated off-leash facility/dog park. It shall be unlawful to ride horses in any park except on designated and marked bridle trails. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
