§ 99.10 FIRES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to make a fire in any park, except in a regularly constructed fireplace or grill, without written permission from the Parks and Recreation Director and appropriate permitting. It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any fire unattended, or to fail to completely extinguish a fire and all the embers thereof before leaving the fire. A violation of this section is subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99(A).
